Advice and Assistance

At Mowbray City Advocates, we are able to provide you with independent legal advice prior to you attending the police station.  You may be aware that an investigation is about to take place and require some advice before any arrests.  We will be able to assist in confirming whether an arrest is likely and we can on occasions, liaise with the police officer and arrange for clients to attend voluntarily to the police station.

If you are already in a position that you know you are going to be arrested, we can assist by attending the police station with you on that day by way of appointment.  this will include if you have been bailed on the street to attend the police station for arrest and interview at a later date.

If you are in the middle of a police investigation and you are not legally represented, we can take on your case and assist in its progression from that point, which will include liaising with the officer and obtaining a record of your police interview.
